cover of an EPA 1984 Biological Effects of RF Radiation

When most people think of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), they picture an agency safeguarding air and water quality, regulating chemical pollutants, and enforcing environmental laws. But fewer realize that in its early years, the EPA also had a role—albeit a limited one—in overseeing non-ionizing radiation issues, including radiofrequency (RF) radiation from emerging communication technologies.

However, by the mid-1990s, this role was effectively defunded, leaving the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a non-health agency with no medical expertise, as the de facto regulator for RF exposure. This article unpacks why and how the EPA lost its standing in this arena, tracing the political, legislative, and corporate interests that drove the change.

Elon Musk's 'salute'

Dave Mustaine, a Born Again Christian and a musical genius in his own right, was the original lead guitarist for Metallica before splintering off to form Megadeth. Yet, Mustaine is more than just a rock star. He is a contemporary philosopher. Tucked away within the lyrics of both Metallica and Megadeth are deeply inspiring sociopolitical messages confronting issues left unaddressed by the world's political class.

Social conflicts wage across America as the "culture wars" avoid the comprehension of most. That is by design, because a system of conflict we understand can be repaired, and peace achieved. Where is the profit in peace?

The war is for our thoughts, our shared language, and our innate human value.

the originl DWC post that sensored replies

This article was originally a comment in response to this post on political attack dog website The Dakota War College.

"School Choice" is a hot topic in South Dakota right now. Recently, in a committee meeting at the capitol, testimony was given regarding how the South Dakota Constitution prohibits support for sectarian schools. You can see the text of Article 8, section 16, which states:

"Public support of sectarian instruction prohibited."

stuffing the ballot box in SD, stock art by rawpixel.com / Freepik and freepik.com.

In 2020, South Dakota watched in horror as a criminal cartel stole the electoral votes. In key swing states across the nation, teams of ballot box bandits muled, interdicted, re-ran, and stuffed a rigged election down America's throat.

The 2020 election wasn't rigged. "Rigged" is a term used by people who are afraid to speak the truth about 2020. The election was stolen. The question still remains, however, who stole it?

I'm not sure that information will ever be released to the public.

One of the most important hard-earned freedoms we have in our country is how we get to vote for our leaders. It's an honor to go to the polls, to identify myself, and to cast my electoral currency.

I know most of you feel the same way.

Again, through the years, it occurred to me that one vote per person is fair. When things are fair, outcomes are real, and they can be trusted. Trust lets us sleep better at night. A core principle for people like me - over time, trust makes everything better.

Especially our elections.

ABATE's only missing newsletter, Aug 2022

After joining ABATE of the Black Hills and attending a couple of meetings, I asked to present on a motorcycle safety issue. I was enthusiastically encouraged and did my presentation at a regular meeting.

It was a motorcycle safety issue right in-line with the ABATE mission. The Board and membership thought the presentation was great. So, how and why did things change so drasctically when I asked to do another similar presentaion?

3-D image of the book In The Room with a shadow

In the book, we offer a sliver of a view of what is happening in some of today's largest corporations with respect to technology jobs. The book's primary protagonist, Kevin Lynn, helped save over 200 jobs with the TVA in 2018 when he found himself in the room with President Trump, who signed an executive order to protect the jobs. Also featured in the book are former employees of Intel and eBay, whose testimonial raises some flags for two of America's tech corporations.

Learn about the "on the ground" struggles, the court cases, and the devastating effects that rampant immigration and work visas have on Americans. Get it all first hand from US tech workers.

ABATE of the Black Hills is a non-profit company headquartered in Sturgis, South Dakota and are a motorcycle advocacy group.

Requests to share motorcycle safety and profiling information with the chapter were denied. Requests that the President of the chapter ask for declaration of conflicts of interest were denied. The board's personal grudges seem to have affected the board's willingness to follow the rules of its own bylaws.

Voting in The United States is a right reserved for Citizens of the United States. This, somehow, became a controversial statement, but what does it mean to be a citizen?

When registering to vote, how can authorities measure adherence to the founding ideas of our country?

When seeking answers about why our voter role system has not been fixed, it is necessary to speculate and allow the brain to do what the brain does best... fill in the blanks...

Graph showing RF levels over a 5min with a high spike.

There is a long list of things for which we have safety standards.

Wireless is invisible, but it's still there and can have various effects on the body.

The current safety standard, based on technology that has long since been discontinued (2G, 3G), looks for the radiation emitted by cell phones to go past a certain level. But is this level safe?

EVs are being heavily promoted because they are 5G enabled. The cars will form a communications network using stop lights, streetlights, cell phones, crosswalks, WiFi hotspots, refrigerators, toasters, and anything that is Internet enabled. The cars will have dozens of cameras and sensors that will broadcast data throughout the network without the knowledge or consent of motorcycle riders.

Red angry elephant

Spearfish, SD - After the 2020 election the entire country was given insight into how elections are rigged and sometimes outright stolen; a gift from President Trump. South Dakota is not immune to the problems. Recently, a group called SD Canvassing splayed out the South Dakota voting process, pinned down the issues, and demonstrated for the public that our state does not have a gold standard for elections.
